All employees need to do is insert a time card into the top of the machine, which neatly prints the date and time onto the card. There are six columns on the time card to allow for start and finish times, as well as morning tea and lunch breaks. At the end of the week, the employee simply needs to hand in the time card to be easily added up for payroll.

The Bundy Clock is also able to be connected to an external bell to indicate work start or finish and break times.
