Why a Facial Recognition Time Clock Works for Employee Attendance

Does my Business Need a Facial Recognition Time Clock Scanner?

Managing employees’ time and attendance is an on-going challenge for employers around the world. No matter the size of your business or the industry you work in, every business owner will understand the time and resources involved in chasing up missing timesheets, calculating hours worked, deducting breaks and then manually processing payroll. Not to mention the frustration of lost work hours through employees showing up late, taking longer than allocated breaks or being unproductive during work hours.

Running an efficient workforce comes down to being able to easily and accurately manage employees’ attendance. This allows managers to always have accurate and live information on which employees are working when and ensuring they are showing up on time and leaving at the right time. Digitally monitoring attendance allows any issues with tardiness or productivity to be highlighted quickly and easily, before they become a problem.

Facial Recognition Time Clocks are extremely accurate and reliable, putting the accountability for work hours back into the employee’s hands.

How Does a Facial Recognition Time Clock Scanner Work?

The Aussie Time Sheets Face Scan Time Clock features the absolute latest technology in facial recognition time clocks and is extremely reliable and easy to use. As employees’ clock on and off for their shift, all they need to do is simply look at the device and it will record the time and date. The Face Scan Time Clock stores these details, ready to be retrieved by the Aussie Time Sheets software, calculated and reported for payroll. The Aussie Time Sheets Facial Recognition Time Clock is perfect for work environments such as mechanics or manufacturing, where employee’s fingerprints may be dirty or unreadable. The Face Scan Time Clock eliminates any chance of employee’s clocking on or off for one another.

By implementing an Aussie Time Sheets Face Scan Time Clock into your business, employee attendance will increase as the employee becomes responsible and accountable for their hours worked. Productivity also increases as there is structure in place for the employees, so they know exactly when they must show up and when they can finish for the day, with no room for error.

Aussie Time Sheets Facial Recognition Time Clocks also eliminates time theft and buddy punching, which is when employees clock on or off for their co-workers for time they did not actually work. A Face Scan Time Clock will also save you significant amounts of time and money through automating your timesheet and payroll processes; along with money saved through costly mistakes in inaccurate time reporting, time theft and buddy punching.
