Aussie Time Sheets makes automating your employee timesheets a breeze. Our software has been designed and developed in Australia for Aussie businesses.

How it works

The device stores all the employee data and time logs in its internal memory, then retrieved by Aussie Time Sheets software, where it will be calculated and ready for payroll. ATS can download your clockings from your time clock automatically.

You can transfer the data to the PC by connecting your time clock to your network via WiFi or Ethernet cable. If joining your network isn't an option, you can use the USB drive included with the system to transfer the data from your time clock to your Aussie Time Sheets time and attendance software.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many employees can I have?

ATS Basic software is best used for up to 50 employees with one software users.

What happens to my time clock data if the power goes out?

If the power goes out the device has an internal flash memory like a usb to keep all the times which have been logged. There is no data loss.

Can the software calculate Overtime?

Yes, up to 2 rates of overtime (time and a half and double time) can be calculated. The system can also calculate unlimited leave types including sick pay, annual leave and public holidays.

How are empoloyee lunch breaks calcualted?

Employee lunch breaks can be set up in the system up to automatically deduct a certain amount of time for your employee lunch break or alternatively your employees can record their lunch breaks at the time clock.

Can I use the time clock without the software?

Our time clocks require our Aussie Time Sheets software to retrieve and access the times logged. The software will automatically calculate daily and weekly worked hours and can also calculated your overtime and leave types.

How is the data stored and is it safe?

Our employee time clocks are secure when it comes to storing your employee data. Our network security system employs the latest encryption and intrusion detection and prevention technologies.

The time clocks have multispectral biometric capturing technology which captures the fingerprint characteristics at and under the skin and records this as a numeric string. the numerical string (binary code) is encrypted with a one-way algorithm. So, the clock checks enough unique points match the encrypted binary code. All in under 2 seconds which is pretty cool!

Are your products compliant with Australian Standards?

Yes, our clocks are RCM compliant and have been tested to meet Australian EMC standards.

Can I install the software on 2 or more computers?

Our basic system is restricted to a single user. If you require multiple users of the software please Click Here for more information on our Premier software.

Can I use ATS basic on the same PC with a different login?

ATS Basic cannot be used on the same PC with a different windows login due to the software using SQL Server Local DB for its database. Local DB is a minimal version of SQL Server Express that is installed along with ATS Basic. While the application can be used by anyone who logs in, the database used is unique to each Windows login. As with many other user settings, the data is stored in the App Data directory.

Yes, we can supply our products to Australia, New Zealand and Oceania countries.
