How it works

Automatically record employee work hours through employee time clocks or a smartphone application. Employees can clock on/off using the My Workforce TNA App from their smartphone, and the time, date and location are recorded against clocking.

The employee time clocks store all the employee time logs in their internal memory. The time clocks then live push data to Workforce TNA cloud application. The total hours are then calculated, and ready to be approved and exported for payroll.

The software features complex shift calculations, which gives you the power to calculate multiple allowance types per department or employee - never miss a late-night shift rate. Integrations with payroll, accounting or HR software are readily available and are important for ensuring accuracy between programs, saving time and labour on payroll processes.

Direct Payroll Integration with 50+ providers

We work with some of the world’s leading payroll software companies integrating both systems to create automatic payroll processes.

Integrations include:

  • Payroll Integration via file export-import with PayTek, QuickBooks, Sage, Reckon, PayPac, Attache PayPac Attache, WageEasy and many more
  • Direct API integration is available with Xero, MYOB, Unipay, MicrOpay, Cloud Payroll using our proprietary PaySync cloud API, with more payroll systems coming soon.

Mobile Clocking Application

Workforce TNA includes an employee clocking application that allows approved employees to use their smartphone to clock on and off for work from anywhere, with a GPS stamp of their location being recorded when their time is logged.

My Workforce TNA app is available for download from both the Apple and Android app stores.

This solution is perfect if you have employees working remotely, working from home, working on-site or working on the road.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many employee profiles can I have?

Workforce TNA allows for any number of employees from 1-10,000! Just choose the right plan that matches your active employees.

What if my employee count changes?

Simply update your plan to the next active employee bracket that matches the number of employees you need to track time and attendance for.

How many users can access Premier software?

You can create an unlimited number of logins to our software, with different permissions to access certain teams or functions within the application. Each user login can be defined to access certain Departments, Locations and various functions and abilities within Workforce TNA time and attendance software. All users can access the software concurrently.

What after sales support do you provide?

Our support team is available 8.00 am - 5 pm AEST Monday through to Friday. Visit our Support Center to log a ticket or email support@workforcetna.com.au

Can the software calculate loading rates?

Workforce TNA Premier can also calculate Loadings, such as Annual Leave Loading and Shift Loadings (eg Afternoon shift loading). Click below for more information on loading calculations.

Can the system calculate overtime rates?

Yes. Overtime can be calculated after a certain number of hours have been worked, or at a certain time of day. For example; OT is calculated after 8hrs worked or after 17:00pm.

Can the software calculate RDO’s and TIL?

Yes, Our software will automatically calculate and accrue time. These accruals include an RDO, ADO, TIL, and TOIL which can be calculated, earned and tracked within Aussie Time Sheets Premier, and then easily exported to your payroll application.

How do I get the time sheet data into my payroll software?

We offer payroll integration via an export file that you can import into your payroll software, without the need to key in any data. We integrate with all leading payroll providers in Australia, and we are adding new custom exports each month. We also offer API integration with Xero, MYOB, Unipay, HR3 and Micropay via our included PaySync API application.

All reports can be produced to Excel or as PDF to view or print. You can produce a payroll summary report then use the fully calculated data to key into your payroll software.
